As a first time seller the reason I engaged Ali is because from the moment we met I felt Ali was a go-getter, a person of character who helps to create the moment for his clients, very simple very helpful from the first interaction. In my opinion he has done wonders for the area and dared to tread where most other agents seem to fail, that is some other agents seem to have a bias towards our wonderful area. The northern suburbs to me are a growth opportunity and I feel Ali senses this because he could have easily chosen to anchor his career in a wealthy area where the houses are easier to sell, commissions are way higher etc. But by dedicating himself and his business laser focused to a not so wealthy area to me shows his commitment and character to the area, specializing in the "not so easy areas" makes better agents I feel, hence why I chose Ali to sell my home. I could have used "any agent" from outside the area but chose Ali! I feel there are so many houses...diamonds in the rough out here I feel its the best area and best value hence why I bought here lived here years and sold years later. I still live here too! Any realtor who can perform outstandingly well in this current economic environment and get a great honest result for clients deserves a medal!
