No issue; during the sales process, everything went well. After post-sales, they didn't clean the property. I tried to contact him multiple times; he kept saying he would remove the rubbish from the lot but didn't do it. I even have proof of the chat lying about the rubbish removal. Thankfully I only bought an empty lot from them. Please avoid him, he is not professional, and all those five-star reviews he got immediately after the sales.
