Our first investment purchase in West Melbourne was a bit challenging and was not perfect. Each issue however was easily solved with Ali's hands-on and quick action to provide solution in dealing with build issues. He was always eager to help and liaising with the vendor and myself in finalising the purchase up to getting the tenancy and outstanding building works sorted out. He is very prompt in giving us updates even with time constraints and communicates even off hours just to get things sorted.
