When my husband and i decided to buy a property 500km away in Armidale, i had some reservations about managing a long distance negotiation. We arranged to spend the day in Armidale and saw several properties on a tailor-made guided tour. Having flown up, we had to rely on Ali for transport. The day went smoothly and we did find the right house. Throughout the subsequent negotiations, Ali kept us informed and was available for questions and answers. She managed things at the Armidale end and everything ran smoothly.

We first looked at another place advertised and she told us about this property as it was new, we went and had a look and fell inlove with the place, she would find out information ASAP when we wanted to know something and we even spoke to the owners and they were very helpful as well!
