We saw our new home out of the car windo and within 5 minuets Ali met us there to show us through. She was professional and knowledgeable about the propery and I really appreciated how relaxed she let us feel as we explored the property for ourselves. Realising what a gem we found i called my father for his opinion, i would not put an offer in without having his advice. He was only 5 minuets away, but as 5 turned into 15 we didn’t ever feel uncomfortable about holding her up. We talked about the property and she shared with us some of the unique aspects she appreciated about it without asking as awkward questions about what we do for work etc. After we exchanged contracts she negotiated with the owners to alow us acces to mesure up and plan for renovations to save time after we settled. I have no doubt that by being relaxed, professional, and genuinely good company we were afforded the opportunity to relax, and really get to know our new home. this is the only reason we made an offer.
