Ali was honest and upfront with us from the beginning as to how he operates and he stuck to his word throughout. After 12 months of looking for somewhere to buy (in a booming market), he was the first estate agent to offer a straight forward and 'no games' process. ie: If we put in an offer and the vendor accepts he will not take any other offers for 7 days while we get the necessary done to exchange contracts. Many times we've been in bidding wars even though it was not an auction so this was a much better experience with all parties happy with the end result.
