Little House for our daughter going to Wollongong University

We (My wife and I) had been looking around Wollongong for a couple of week with a variety of agents, some OK and some that did not turn up to appointments. We met Ali in Forster Street Port Kembla and found him very knowlegeable about the property, the Wollongong area and the neighbourhood. We felt that comfortable when dealing with Ali that we did a deal on the day, met the Owner, shook hands (the Old fashioned way) on a value and felt comfotable that we were dealing with very honourable people. As it was just prior to Christmas a hand shake was all we could do until exchange was completed on the 14th Jan. During this time Ali stayed in contact and kept us and the process flowing.
