Alice (and Cassandra at Redlands Coast Realty) were fantastic, and I can highly recommend her/them to handle your selling needs. The sale was one of those ones that took time to get over the line, but she showed patience, persistence and professionalism all the way through. Always available, she was constantly communicating and updating me all the way. I am happy with the result (the buyer should be as well!) and would use Alice again for sure. She is friendly and above all else just a lovely person to deal with. As I side-note; I have been involved in buying and selling more than 10 properties in the last few years (mainly for my family) so my opinions are based on a fair bit of experience although Macleay Island is a little unique.
