Alice showed the same enthusiasm as she would for an almost certain prospective buyer. Since we were first time buyers I had lots of doubt but Alice helped us with all the required info, even answering our silly questions at times. She not only gave us information about the property but also gave us a general idea about how things would go from the initial Contract up until the Settlement. She was always prompt and precise with her communication, be it over email or a quick text message. She has a very professional approach but a friendly touch at the same time. A major issue with one of the Appliances cropped up at the Property with just couple of days left for the Settlement. Alice ensured all the replacement works were carried out smoothly and brought it to closure, displaying her capability of taking ownership. Overall it was a delightful experience with Alice.
