Alice has a friendly, professional demeanour. She was available to answer questions at all stages through the process, & no query was left unanswered. She is knowledgeable, talked us through the contract in a way that was not foreign & made us comfortable with the decisions we made. I found Alice to be friendly, honest & reliable & will definitely be contacting her in the future when we sell our home.
