Having never sold a home in Australia, she was able to talk us through the steps and stages with clarity and ease, offering suggestions and candid information without any hint of pressure or the typical 'sales' techniques that can be so off-putting. As my husband was having a knee operation right at the time of us preparing for our first open home, Alice went above and beyond for us again and again.
