An absolute pro in her field!!

As a first-time seller it was such a relief to have someone as proactive, reliable, knowledgeable and caring as Alice is! Everyone knows that agents are flat out at the moment with the way the housing market is, but Alice always made time for me and my 101 questions about the process, and she was always quick to respond and relay information between myself, the buyer and settlement agent. Alice had her work cut out for her with my property as she had to work with/around the tenants that were in the property whilst it was on the market, but she took all the curve balls in her stride. She kept me updated with any issues that popped up, but always reassured me she had it under control, and she always did! After going to a number of home opens since selling my property and meeting a variety of different agents, it is clear to see Alice is in a league of her own. She truly cares about everyone she meets and everything she does, and she works tirelessly to make it a positive and stress-free process for all parties involved. Alice managed to secure a fantastic buyer and price for my home in record time, exceeding my expectations at every opportunity!
