If there was a 4.5 star rating I would opt for that. Alice has made several sales in an apartment complex where properties have been difficult to sell. My property was on the market for almost 3 months, the timing due in part to renewed Covid issues, RBA interest rate rises and a change in Federal Government, all disrupting/impacting potential buyers at the front end of that period. Despite this, Alice achieved the sale of my property during this difficult time at a price (although somewhat below my expectations) but on target with her original appraisals . To me, Alice is a professional, direct, no-nonsense person with many years of experience in the Port Macquarie real estate industry. I commend her local knowledge, down to earth, honest and open personality, very businesslike approach without the wordy, feely-touchy stuff often seen in the RE industry. The fixed fee structure with Upside was a positive factor. The internet only promotion based approach & communications has great efficiencies and economies of scale, but Upside reporting to clients needs some further refinement in my view. However, the thing that mostly matters is the quality of contact and communications with the Agent, and thjat has been excellent.
Alice and Upside were very efficient with the marketing and advertising of our home. Particularly as the market was changing fairly quickly. The electronic agreements and contracts certainly made our life much easier, not having to go to an office at each stage of the process. Punctuality was importent to us, the photographer was really helpful and considerate.
