Nothing was a problem for Alicia & Bella. Our purchase was handled fairly for both parties, not just 1 side. Timely, respectful & knowledgable mediation was used to find a happy ground for all. Yes, the experience was actually joyful, which it should be. We would highly regard any decision to use this team for buying or selling, especially if you’re 1st homebuyers like our daughter was. Her experience was made so much better being guided by these lovely people in a kind & patient manner, explaining everything along the way. We’re settling in a weeks time & know it will go well.
