From the first meeting with Alisa, I felt comfortable with her and the sales process (this is the first time I have sold a home). Alisa ran through the general marketing and sales process with me and asked for my input into what my expectations were regarding how the sale would be managed and my ideal outcomes. When it was go time, Alisa and her awesome team of professionals were just amazing. They got in and got the job done. We were so impressed with the marketing photos and package that they pulled together. It really highlighted all the best aspects of our property - all the bits we had fallen in love with over the years and wanted to share with prospective buyers. The open home process was great, Caroline (working alongside Alisa) was amazing. She handled it all, no pressure on us. Alisa and Caroline helped step us through the offers we received and explained how to go about considering them. Once the contract was signed, the process ending up taking longer than expected due to events that occurred, out of our hands (of the agent, seller and buyer - these things happen), but Alisa kept me up to date and helped me understand my options along the way.
