One of Alison's key strengths is her ability to communicate clearly. Her articulation is excellent, so there was never an issue understanding what she'd said. She made suggestions of things to attend to prior to putting the home on the market and what to do ahead of each open for inspection. After the home went under contract, Alison was present at the advertised open for inspection time so that she could speak with would-be buyers who were not aware they couldn't inspect the home. She was polite and sympathetic in her interactions with these people. Alison also ensured there were no issues with required amendments to the completion period on standard contracts. We are very happy with the service Alison provided from start to finish.
