Warm and Approachable

From the moment I walked into what would become my future property, Alison was a warm and approachable agent. She allowed space for me to take my time over multiple inspections, answering questions to the best of her knowledge and didn't hesitate to chase up relevant documentation and additional details from the owners. Her communication was clear, timely and honest. During negotiations she maintained professionalism, showing care and patience while I made my big life decision. Post sale, Alison continued to keep in contact assisting in facilitating answers to follow-up questions about the property with the previous owners.
