In 1998 she joined what was then PRD Cairns and at the same time was appointed as one of only two marketing agents for Kanimbla Heights Land Estate. In 2000, Alison had the opportunity to take over as the sole agent for Kanimbla Land and continue with residential house sales under the newest and most successful independent real estate office in Cairns, Cairns Property Office. Since 1998, Alison has made a point of specialising in her area of Kanimbla Heights, so her clients can feel confident knowing the advice she can give on local area sales and conditions is a true reflection of the market. After 23 years acting for clients in the same area there is really no one else who enjoys the same depth of knowledge and background of the area. Surprising sale result in Kanimbla

Alison and her team were able to place my Kanimbla property on the market with great direction. The property was tenanted at the time and her advice in conjunction with my rental agent proved most satisfactory. The property was listed for sale and very shortly thereafter an open home received many offers above the listing price and this was accepted within 24 hours of the opening. Settlement was then attended within the time frame allocated from the outset. A job very well done to my complete satisfaction.
