I live outside of Australia and depended entirely upon advice from Alison at all stages of the sale from the presentation of the home, the negotiation of the price all the way through to settlement. There were a number of unexpected complications that arose as the process developed and these could have resulted in an unsatisfactory outcome. Alison's knowledge of the Cairns property market, as well as her sound understanding of the processes involved, meant that I was provided with all of the information required in order to take informed decisions. It is also worthy of note that Allison was always on hand to represent my interests in meetings and negotiations with the buyer and the buyer's representatives.
