I use her because her evaluations have never been artificially inflated in order to gain your business, but, as you begin to quickly realise, are based on sound methodology and understanding. Alison and her team are prompt in their dealings, always get back to you very quickly when you have a query, and take the stress out of the whole transaction. I will use them again because they know what they’re doing and that’s very reassuring in a profession that is filled with poorly skilled agents.
