Alison has assisted us with the purchase of our new family home. She has been very approachable and understanding of our circumstances, helping to guide us through the buying process. We would definitely recommend Alison if you are looking at buying or selling.

Alison is a no nonsense, reliable professional with well tuned communication skills. Nothing was too much trouble, with Alison returning calls in a timely manner if temporarily unavailable. Alisons knowledge of the area is extensive and she well demonstrated this. We would not hesitate in recommending Alison to other prospective buyers.

Alison's knowledge & experience helped in achieving a good outcome in a relatively short time.

Very efficient and well response.

Alison Hobbs has proven to be an excellent choice of real estate agent to handle the sale of our home in Halls Head. Alison is an extremely professional lady and she presented us with a firm offer at the price we requested 2 weeks after we had engaged her services. The marketing program that she suggested was very effective and produced the desired result. Maureen and I would recommend Alison to any person wishing to sell their property. Thanks Alison. John and Maureen

It was a pleasure to work with Alison on the sale of my family’s property. Alisons industry knowledge, communication and professionalism is excellent, she went above and beyond for the sale. I cannot speak highly enough of my dealings with Alison and Harcourts Mandurah!

10 out of 10 for professionalism, advice, constant communication via phone (not just texts) and probably the best agency in Mandurah. Would highly recommend and would use Alison again.

Alison's level of knowledge and professionalism in showing and explaining the pro's and cons of the property and area left me at ease and in total confidence in having Alison as my agent in ensuring the purchase of the property was handled professionally and met with all my expectations.

Alison is a fantastic, reliable, professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable agent and we were very lucky indeed to have the opportunity to deal with her throughout our purchase time. Thank you Alison

Alison spent a lot of time arranging inspections out of planned times. As this was our first home Alison's assistance transitioning into the purchase was brilliant, everything was transparent and easy to deal with, always available to assist.

Her knowledge and experience were out there but the market in Mandurah was working against us so we had to reduce the price further than we would have liked.

Alison went above and beyond even working after hours to help us with our needs.
