Not a good experience

Our experience has not been a good one.no one returns calls,information has been hard ro get and not available without untimely delay.Knowledge of history of the property was withheld only available through our own due diligence. In the offer process t was made clear not to bother my wife as she was busy by email and this was ignored and i was effectively left out of the process even though Im the controbuting party of the major finance for investment.I have not heard or had any contact with the sales person since viewing the apartment, I can only hope for the property to settle soon as dealing with Harcourts has not been a pleasurable experience.
