She knows what to do with furniture. She knows how to stage a house. She is highly intelligent and motivated in such a way you will know you don’t have to worry about a damn thing. Alison did literally all the work involved to sell our house - she also sold it very quickly and found more than one buyer. All her predictions about them were correct. She understands human psychology, how people work and how to communicate clearly and well. She is right on target in every way you need her to be, besides knowing what you don’t and making sure you have done everything an owner should take care of that will attract buyers. We were 100% relaxed and carefree throughout the process because her personality is such that you simply know fast you don’t need to worry and she is not just highly experienced, but confident after years in the business.
