Alison made herself available at times that suited me and remained in close communication while securing the property. Alison comes across as genuine, honest and most importantly listening. She lives in the local area and knows the market well. Alison also has a high degree of knowledge of important regulatory areas which eased my mind. Highly recommend Alison for any real estate needs.
In very trying conditions Alison had done a great job selling the property, thank you again Alison for all your work and work you real didn’t need to do but you went the extra mile 👍👍
I want to thank Alison for helping us to find our forever home. She is professional and very great at what she is doing and has a sense of humour and is very fun. Thank you Alison. Nadia and Jason.
Having had Alison sell a property for us in the past, it was an easy decision to use her again. Her knowledge of our local area and the communication with us helped to sell our property quickly and for a price that exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for making the process as smooth and painless as possible.
I have given Alison more than a dozen listings in the past few years. She's always worked my listings and found buyers. Works hard and closes as many deals as she has listings.
Alison went above and beyond to sell our property in record time. She liaised with our Tennent to ensure they were not impacted too greatly and continuously gave us feedback on the potential sale possibilities. I would not hesitate to recommend Alison to anyone wanting to sell their home or someone looking to buy. She has fantastic local knowledge and her network enables a wide reach of demographic in the southwest. Thanks again Alison, we will be back!

She tackled challenges with enthusiasm, providing excellent problem-solving skills throughout the buying process. What truly stood out was their timely responses and unwavering support, especially when it came to renovation advice. A reliable partner for anyone seeking an agent with a keen eye for investment opportunities and a dedication to client success. We are very grateful ☺️

We would definitely recommend Alison for the prompt, professional and honest sale of any property. Alisons range of knowledge for the relevant property market is outstanding. She is reliable and her communication skills are brilliant. Alison went above and beyond what is expected from a sales agent in regards to listing our property on the market. She worked hard and tirelessly to find the right buyer. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Alison. Highly recommended.
Alison supported the sale and also purchase of my previous and my new home, both exceeding expectations. Alison is very supportive and always available with reliable information.
Alison knows the area and the market trends. She gave a clear evaluation of the property and advice on marketing. She got the best deal than I could have imagined.
Our property was not moving in the direction we needed it to until Alison was mentioned to me by a friend. At our first meeting Alison was prepared with a knowledge of the area and details as to why the property should be priced to sell for enough for our needs but priced to sell at level of the current market at the time. Alison took the time to listen and gave the right advice on moving forward. She was spot on, the property was sold inside a fortnight for close to the asking price. I would highly recommend Alison as a sales rep and she followed through with advice and help until completion.
