When chatting to the short list of recommended agents, I found the well established veterans quite arrogant and boastful of their achievements. Their "proposed" market knowledge had led me to believe that I had to sell my property at a cheaper price to have the market edge. Although Alison wasn't initially on my shortlist I had discovered she had sold other units in the same complex at prices above my initial (lowered) expectations. I found that, what she lacked in having an established name, she made up in Enthusiasm and communication skills. Due to my hectic lifestyle I was unable to meet her in person. However, she kept me very well informed at every stage of the campaign. Alison was able to sell my property within 3 weeks at a price above my expectations.
