Alison was brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Was transparent and thorough during the offer process and then helped us each step from contract signing to settlement. Alison was very down to earth and didn’t feel like I was dealing with someone who was concerned about the sale - rather was dealing with someone who was concerned about getting a good outcome for my wife and I and making sure we were happy with all aspects of the property and purchase. We looked at a number of properties and were starting to get fed up with some of the interactions with agents, so when we came across Alison she was a breathe of fresh air.
