I actually did not know the recent price increase of property sale in Cairns but Alison Western emailed and said investment property sale price is good and I said very good, after discussing with my husband Simon we told Alison to put ours out for sale. Alison has been very good to me by answering all the questions that I had to ask and I really appreciate her for her prompt respond to all my emails.
