Communication was clear and timely throughout the process, and even though they represented the seller, I felt they were fair and professional every step of the way. I have had some awful experience's when I had offered on other properties so this was a nice change. A thoughtful gesture like a congratulatory bottle of wine at closing really stood out—thank you for making the experience smooth and enjoyable!

We moved out of WA and for years struggled to find an effective, efficient and trustworthy Property Manager. We went through a small number of agencies that made promises but could not deliver. We were glad we stumbled upon Ethos. As PMs they were prompt efficient and professional, identifying works, having quotes and work done, great support for insurance claims. They also developed trusting and open relationships with our tenants, something that was crumbling due to previous experiences with other PMs. Could not recommend them highly enough as PMs. We chose to sell our property and Ethos, once again, stepped up and delivered! identified works to be done, quotes sorted, jobs finished. On the market for less than a month, target price achieved. They may be a small (for now) and Professional team, but more than capable and set a new standard in delivery of service.
