I could not praise Alistair and his team higher. When we needed to sell, we called Alistair and within hours had one of his team on our doorstep with a dossier on sales in the area, our property's history, information on his company and team, details on trusted services (i.e. plumbing, electrician, handyman etc) that maybe needed prior to market, and advice (including government/state) on real estate agencies. Within the next two days we had an appraisal, helped us with a trusted conveyancer and contract being organised - the property was on the market within 5 days! Open home was a logically thought out process - including what days/times we should have the inspections. Alistair and two of his team arrived early to setup, had everything on hand to provide prospective buyers and even some hand sanitiser! House sold within days and we couldn't be happer - Alistair has this process down pat, business running like a well oiled machine. Thanks Alistair and will gladly recommend to friends and family.

Good experience overall. Was quoted a much higher "achievable" selling price before signing the contract. After signing the contract the achievable selling price was quickly reduced by about 10%. The final selling price was even lower than that. However, other selling agents had given much lower achievable selling prices than what was achieved so a good achievement nevertheless.

From the minute of meeting to the final sale Alistair and team were absolutely wonderful. Everything was done so smoothly, quickly and professionally. I could not recommend this whole team enough.
