Yes, I had to do that work myself, but it was empowering to know my agent was a helpful resource. I found his marketing process simple but effective. I did my part to present a marketable product and he took the burden of the sales process off my shoulders. Well, I must say Alister is the best in the business. His market analysis is up to date, his marketing skills are outstanding, His reach to the targeted buyers is excellent. Many of whom I knew subscribes to his database including me. I sold my 2 bhk unit through him and in 6 weeks of net open homes, he managed to get 54 groups and 7 offers. The one I accepted was definitely above my expected selling price. I have now rented my 2 granys through him only.
