The minor details were all covered, right down to having a treat for my dog when he arrived for a meeting. Once the house went on the market I had a successful offer in just 4 days! I was talking to 2 agents before deciding to ensure my due diligence. The other agent used language to make me believe the property was worth a lot less, where Alistair confidently guided me well above that, so much that the entire cost of having him sell my place was covered, and then some.
