Throughout the whole process, Alistair displayed professionalism and gave the impression of a well-prepared real estate professional. His confidence and thorough knowledge of the market were factors that led us to engaging him. Although, it would have been better if Alistair engaged with us a bit more during the negotiation process with the prospective buyers. While we appreciated Alistair's very well-presented weekly statistical information regarding the level of interest for our property, we felt that we could have benefitted more from Alistair's input (beyond mere conveying of offers to us received for the property, such as phone calls or face to face meetings to discuss the negotiations process) regarding the reasonableness of the offers that we received.
