Alistair worked really hard to sell the unit. But there was a distinct lack of transparency about the cost of marketing. I was not advised that multi listing would cost so much. I have no signed paperwork owing to covid and screen signing. In the area it was totally unnecessary to have such a broad geographical Advertising area.
