Very good communicator with a great understanding of the Vendor's wants and needs. His negotiating skills are excellent along with a good understanding of the ins, outs and the problems that can be encountered selling in a Residential Park / land lease community. Alistair is reliable, punctual and has a great sense of humour which, in some ways, diffuses a very stressful situation for the Vendor. I would recommend any Vendor to sell their home with Alistair, in a heart beat. I got a great price.
