I felt confident that he would sell in a very difficult market right from the beginning and he did sell my house very quickly. we did have to drop the price quite substantially however that is a reflection of the market at the moment. selling quickly saves money in the long run on advertising and ongoing costs. Alistair does have a solid track record of selling in difficult markets and selling quickly. I would highly recommend.
