He really relieved my stress and anxiety with the process of selling my home. I made it clear to Alki I didn't trust agents before the process of buying and selling over the last 3 months. Alki's response was simple, "let me turn that around" and he sure did. Alki was a fantastic help for us when purchasing and when we were successful at auction he was right there by our side. We then trusted him with the sale of our house in which he did an amazing job and then got us almost 10% over our reserve. He showed his true colours at settlement. We had an issue on settlement and yet he worked very hard to get us the keys. On a Friday night, the day before him and his team had 11 auctions he was at our house until 6:30pm making sure we had access to our new home. He respected our wishes during selling, was respectful to my wife and great with my 1 year old daughter.
