My husband is in a memory unit in Melbourne , 6 children live afar and no one within coeee of Portland. SO...Allan picked me up, dusted me off and gently stepped me through hoops and hiccups presenting facts logically and sensibly, always offering the more difficult pieces of information balanced with positivity. What pleased me most, I think, was that he listened to how I wished the sale to proceed and be presented NOT how HE thought it should go. His advice was always valuable. We are all human and perhaps have higher expectations of house prices than where the market is sitting. His evaluation of our beloved home that had such emotional value to our family didn't actually transcend into a financial one that we had assumed it would garner for us...BUT..he was absolutely spot on with where he placed its worth. My selling journey was a bit of a roller coaster ride for various reasons totally unrelated to Allans ability to navigate possible purchasers. He steadied the ship ALWAYS..... with such commonsense. I can highly recommend this efficient, knowledgeable and proficient young man to any prospective buyer or seller in the retail or commercial market.
