Real Estate agents aren't always that well regarded and that is probably the view people have of perhaps the "old fashioned agent" interested in getting the sale done and money in. Allan and his team break that mold by putting credibility first, for without that the basic trust one needs to have during life's biggest commitments is just not there. So that is what Allan provides, trust and credibility and he does this by his positive and supportive actions. The rest flows from that, but without that basis these are worthless. He went out of his way to assist us in issues not directly related to the sale and this was an eye opener for sure. Fantastic communication underpinned this, eager to help and trouble shoot, to give advice and always be available .......communication at its best. He had his ear to the ground in terms of market knowledge and local knowledge which is extremely helpful in real estate transactions....once again credibility comes from seeing that his market knowledge is spot on. And we saw him in work with skilled negotiation, a keen sense of knowledge and negotiative intuition. It has been a pleasure to have him represent us in both purchase and sale and we are sure he will provide that same great service to all his clients.
