Allen helped, supported and guided us through a very stressful sale. He had an answer and solution to everything. Always provided his time, assisted with difficulties with tenants, liaised nicely with us while on holiday, cleaned up before open house inspections and negotiated on financial aspects. Allen is very talented in his marketing, negotiating and communication skills. I knew that if he could not sell my house, nobody else could. Less than 2 weeks on the market and sold.
