Worked hard in a difficult market

Allen is persistent and patient. The sale of our apartment was unfortunately timed, just as the Govt announced its changes to CGT and negative gearing, so we had to face a falling market. Allen kept going with many home-opens and his advice on pricing (once the market's direction became apparent) was accurate. He is also a good communicator, giving updates on each home open, and throughout the negotiated sale.
