I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience working with this agent throughout the sale of my property. The agent failed to communicate critical concerns raised by the buyer in a timely manner. As a result, just four hours before the scheduled settlement, the buyer suddenly demanded a $7,800 rebate due to unresolved issues that should have been addressed much earlier. I had no choice but to accept this last-minute request under pressure, which was extremely unfair and avoidable. Despite repeated requests, the agent did not proactively assist in negotiating a solution or representing my interests. Key repair issues (including air-conditioning) were not properly handled, and I often had to follow up myself. I felt like I was left alone in the most crucial stages of the transaction. A real estate agent’s job is to protect the client’s interests, ensure smooth communication, and resolve issues early — none of which happened in my case. I cannot recommend this agent to any seller looking for professionalism, accountability, or support.
