I dealt with Allen as a purchaser and found him to be honest and helpful throughout all of our dealings. He looked after the interest of the Vendor first and foremost which I would expect as that is who is representing and what he was engaged to do. However, even then, he did not make me as the purchaser feel like he was only interested in my business and even after the contract had been signed and the cooling off period had lapsed he did not ignore my inquiries and requests and even went beyond the call of duty to facilitate further correspondence between the Vendor and myself.
