We were really pleased to use Allesia from Home Logic as our agent for the recent sale of our property at Hallett Cove. Her experience and guidance was invaluable to us during the process. She made it easy to navigate through the legal bits and pieces and offered real value for money - there were "no frills" with Allesia and she in fact saved us quite a bit of money compared to other agents on the market. Generally, the agent works for the owner but I can feel the passion & effort she made to make it a win-win situation for both owner and buyer.
