Negatives: Replied to text messages sometimes- when things were going smoothly - otherwise I was often left hanging and worried. When things went wrong, the speed at which she deflected any blame or responsibility was lightening fast. Did not have a sound understanding of when body corporate titles can and cannot be abolished in accordance with council rules, which left our property in a price limbo and resulted in a sale price well below her appraisal figure. For the many $1000s we paid in commission, I expect the agent to be on top of all of this to minimise stress for the seller. Positives: Had a positive outlook. Had a good photographer. Seemed to quickly establish good relationships with buyers. Styled the home beautifully and loaned her props for no extra fee. Always presented professionally. Showed up on time.
