While it is usually the property seller who reviews the agent, if he or she is exceptional the purchaser too may be motivated to comment, such is my case. From Alli's providing an initial comprehensive virtual tour of the property by phone (I am in Melbourne) to the prompt liaising with the sellers re property repairs prior to settlement, I could always feel confident that communication was accurate and nothing was left out. Such competence along with her friendliness and ready availability are factors that will always ensure a smoother purchase process - an important factor for both seller and buyer, and more likely to result in a completed sale. Some agents may hector or cajole potential buyers, or play price games, ultimately I believe disincetivising buyers, this is not Alli's style, and though of course there is an acknowledgement the agent is there to get the best price for the seller, this can be done with clarity, forthrightfulness and friendliness, such is Alli's approach. I almost forgot to mention that she referred me to an excellent conveyancing solicitor, so that aspect of the sale process was also smooth and pleasant. Thanks Alli!
