After interviewing several local agents I chose Allie from Madeline Hicks, her work ethic is second to none, always available and worked all hours of the day and on weekends, punctuality was faultless, communication was always clear, accurate and prompt, her market knowledge/research in my area with type of sale was also very impressive. From the moment I signed up I felt totally at ease knowing Allie was looking after the sale of my biggest asset , I never once had to chase Allie up, and within hours had people viewing my property, and had multiple offer contracts within days of hitting the open market, and the contract signed and delivered with an unbelievable outcome, truly amazing, I cannot speak highly enough of Allie!
