Professional and very efficient!

Allison is very good in her delivery in service. Found her to accomodate me with time out side business hours due to my work, we met on dark. I Was so pleased with the property and her presentation of information I signed contract on first inspection on dark.

Allison was recommended to me by an agent of an opposition firm - that in itself speaks volumes about her!! When I engaged Allison to sell my property, I was thinkin that it would be a straight forward and easy sale for her. Unfortunately there were so many hurdles thrown at her and she just got stuck in and resolved them. I would not have blamed her if at any stage she said that my property was unsellabkle. (It certainly felt like it). Allison really put in the hard yards for this sale and I can highliy recommend her for her continued feed back and encouragement, her followups with all prospective purchasors and then to achieve the final sale. I do not believe that there are too many sales professionals that perform better than Allison did on my behalf..

My interaction with Allison has been entirely through written correspondence as I am a resident in New Zealand and a co-executor of an Estate that I am involved in the Redwood suburb. Allison clearly demonstrated a high level of professionalism, sound advice and offered alternative options and benefits when working through the process of listing 3 rental properties. I appreciated her sense of urgency and regular updates on how things were progressing on 2 of the properties that recently sold and was impressed on the timeframes when they were first listed on the 18 December 2018 and offers on properties being received on 31 December 2018. Allison obviously knows and understands her role and has the client at the heart of everything she does.
