Over the years, I've bought and sold around a dozen properties all over Australia. This was by far the fastest, the most professional and highest selling property of all sales. Allison was spot-on with her advice and she managed the at times difficult buyer professionally. It must have been difficult for the buyer to sift through the various advice they got from their own solicitors and building and pest reports. As I am an honest seller who has nothing to hide, Allison said the right things to the buyer until the sale went unconditional. Allison did a great job and I recommend her. Just a tip to Rate My Agent: why do you want me to agree to the terms and conditions as if I were the sales agent? I'm just the home owner, the seller. It's lazy for RMA to expect the seller, who is merely writing a review, to sift through irrelevant T&Cs. So, no, I do not agree to RMA's T&Cs as the majority of it does not apply to me. RMC should spend some time and create T&Cs specific to reviews of sellers and not lump us all in the same category for us to contrast and distil what might be relevant to me.
