Massive thanks to Allison and the team at Pinpoint. Nothing was too much and Allison went above and beyond to sell our property. She was in constant communication and we knew what was happening each step of the way. Professional, friendly and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their property with an agent who cares and gives the proper time and dedication to your sale.

I cannot recommend Allison enough! She goes above and beyond all my expectations. Her deep market knowledge made selling our home easy. She showed true professionalism at every step. Whenever I had a question, she was always available and quick to reply, and I found her communication style easy and relatable. Beyond all that, her warm personal approach is a real bonus. Allison is a standout in her field.

Allison Cunningham is our point of reference when it comes to elite customer service in the rental and real estate space. Communications have always been proactive, with any issues or opportunities resolved quickly and effectively. Her market knowledge has always been on point, as indicated by the quick sale of this property and short turn arounds with any rental vacancies. We've been a client of Allison and her team for several years. Openness, honesty, integrity and professionalism are stand out qualities giving us peace of mind. Our trust has been earned; we simply wouldn't choose anyone else.

We began dealing with Allison and Pinpoint Property in 2014 when we starting renting out our house. We found Allison and her team to be very professional and easy to deal with. When we decided to sell our property we took all of Allison’s recommendations on board and trusted her process from minor fixes the property required to staging the house for photos and inspections. Our trust in Allison and her team definitely paid off. The marketing campaign launched and we had our first open home 4 days after it launched. We had multiple offers on the property after that one open home. Our property was under contract 8 days after the marketing campaign launched. Thank you to Allison and the Pinpoint Property team for all of your hard work and dedication from managing our property since 2014 to preparing it for sale.

We honestly cannot recommend Allison highly enough. From our very first meeting, we knew we were in the best hands. Her knowledge of the market, strategic approach, and genuine passion for what she does gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. Allison went above and beyond in every possible way. Her communication was exceptional — we were always kept up to date, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She handled everything with professionalism and absolute dedication. What really sets Allison apart is how much she truly cares. She treated the sale of our home as if it were her own, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and negotiated an incredible result for us. If you’re thinking of selling, do yourself a favour and call Allison. She is an absolute standout in the industry and we are beyond grateful for everything she did for our family.

We had an excellent sale process as Allison & her staff kept us well informed throughout the sale period. Would highly recommend them to any potential property sellers.

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent to help us sell our home! From start to finish, Allison was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She guided us through every step of the process, provided excellent advice on pricing and staging, and went above and beyond to market our property. Thanks to Allison’s expertise, our home sold quickly and for a great price. Communication was seamless, and we always felt informed and supported. We highly recommend Allison to anyone looking to buy or sell — truly the best in the business!

A clear and informative market review was provided that met my expectations, followed by a detailed list of prospective buyers. This included a list of recommendations with the pros & cons of each buyer, which was followed up with a discussion. We were able to make an informed selection of our preferred buyer.

Everyone at Pinpoint works together. Excellent communication, provided good market insights making my decisions easier. Great team.

Meeting Allison in person we knew instantly we were in good hands. When we received the detailed proposal which included local market research it only reinforced our decision to engage Pinpoint to sell our home. Multiple offers later we sold above our expectations. Allison & her team kept us informed all the time & were proactive in all dealings. Couldn’t recommend Allison & her team at Pinpoint more highly,

Alison and Lois were wonderful to deal with and secured several offers at the first open house .They kept us informed the entire time and we would highly recommend Pinpoint Property to sell your property! Thank you Alison and team for an excellent result.

Over the years, I've bought and sold around a dozen properties all over Australia. This was by far the fastest, the most professional and highest selling property of all sales. Allison was spot-on with her advice and she managed the at times difficult buyer professionally. It must have been difficult for the buyer to sift through the various advice they got from their own solicitors and building and pest reports. As I am an honest seller who has nothing to hide, Allison said the right things to the buyer until the sale went unconditional. Allison did a great job and I recommend her. Just a tip to Rate My Agent: why do you want me to agree to the terms and conditions as if I were the sales agent? I'm just the home owner, the seller. It's lazy for RMA to expect the seller, who is merely writing a review, to sift through irrelevant T&Cs. So, no, I do not agree to RMA's T&Cs as the majority of it does not apply to me. RMC should spend some time and create T&Cs specific to reviews of sellers and not lump us all in the same category for us to contrast and distil what might be relevant to me.
