We actually signed up with Adrian Triplett but as they work closely together we had a fair bit to do with Allison. We followed the marketing advice given by Adrian Triplett and got slightly more than our asking price after two home opens and two private viewings. Both Alison and Adrian know the market, are good negotiators and get results. They were both a pleasure to deal with, easily contactable and the communication between them was seamless. I don’t often write reviews but cannot speak highly enough of Allison and Adrian. Selling a house can be stressful but it was easy and quick with them. Highly recommend.
