She was extremely professional, was patient with our questions and concerns, and we both felt very at ease throughout the entire process. At no point were we ever left feeling out of the loop or uncertain. Any updates were presented to us as they occurred, and in turn she was very understanding when we had some small setbacks with our own sale.
